According to Axios , Mr. David Sacks is the co-founder of PayPal, a global online financial payment service. He also invested in billionaire Elon Musk's SpaceX . Mr. Sacks is known for hosting the podcast "All In" and interviewed Mr. Trump in June.
Mr. Sacks's position is completely new, so it is not yet clear what specific powers and duties he will have during Mr. Trump's upcoming term. The US president-elect said Mr. Sacks will also lead the president's advisory council on science and technology .
