Sharjah [UAE], November 24: H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, warmly congratulated President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, as well as H.H.
